Return & Exchange Policy
- Product(s) can be only be exchanged from Femela online store only within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items purchased on sale/discount will not be Returned or Exchanged.
- We do not offer Cash Refunds, instead, a coupon will be issued.
- Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged from retail/offline stores and vice versa.
- If customer wishes to exchange product, the product should not be used/opened, tags must be intact and the product should be in good condition
- The original invoice is required for exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
